Parent Meetings
Parent meetings happen prior to the start of each team's season. Bronze / Fall Silver parents meeting typically occur in May while the Spring Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Boys meeting occurs in the fall.

Parents are strongly encouraged to attend. Season, uniforms, fees/payments and deadlines are covered.
Deadlines for Bronze and Fall Silver athletes:
- Decide on competitive or non-competitive path for athlete by June 1. If competitive, the following deadlines apply. If not, email Cindy Ferrari by 5/31.
Competitive path deadlines:
- Athlete Commitment Form signed for each athlete - June 1, 2023.
- Team Commitment Fee ($350) - June 15, 2023.
- Leotard ordered (Approx $50-70) - July 1, 2023
- USAG Membership (Approx $25-$65) - due to USAG - July 1, 2023
- Bonus Meet (if desired) ($110) - July 1, 2023
- Competition Meet Package (4 Meets - Required Purchase to Compete - $440) - Aug. 1
Please note - the above costs are associated with competitions. There is also a monthly charge to the City of Boulder for practice sessions. (For Bronze/Silver that is $173/$216 - resident/non-resident.)
